Schwing Concrete Pumps to Reach Greater Heights

With the construction industry seeing dramatic growth around the globe, SCHWING Stetter is introducing innovative, advanced technology concrete construction equipment to solve concreting challenges.

Incorporated in June 1998, and commencing manufacturing operations in 1999, SCHWING Stetter India, is a 100 percent subsidiary of the Schwing GMBH, Germany.

SCHWING Stetter is a pioneer in manufacturing equipment for concrete preparation, placement, transportation, and recycling. The group’s global headquarters is located in Herne, Germany. The firm is a world pioneer in the manufacture of concrete construction equipment such as Concrete Batching Plants, Concrete Truck pumps, Concrete Stationary Pumps and Concrete Truck Mixers. The group has manufacturing bases in 11 countries around the world.

The Indian subsidiary maintains four world-class manufacturing facilities near Chennai, India and has a strong presence in various countries including in the South East Asian market.

SCHWING Stetter India also has sprawling 12,000 square foot world class training centre which provides operation & maintenance training and also operator training as a skills development program.

Thanks to unprecedented growth, the Indian-based firm has successively dedicated manufacturing bases for its core range of three products; Concrete Batching Plants, Concrete Pumps and Transit Mixers.

SCHWING Stationary Concrete Pumps are successfully deployed worldwide, whenever vast quantities of concrete have to be pumped over exceptionally horizontal and vertical distances. They are fast, reliable, and economically efficient in handling pumpable concretes under extreme conditions with regard to concrete designs, job sites and climate.

When you want a compact class, High Performance & High Fuel Efficiency Pumps like the SP1400, SP1800 and SP2800 are the most successful pumps in their class. For high vertical pumping, the range of heavy duty pumps like the SP3000, SP3500, SP4507, SP4800 and SP8800 are high pressure work horse pumps that have topped out more famous high rise buildings around the world than any others.

All SCHWING Pumps use Rock Valve Technology which is engineered by SCHWING R&D & patented after extensive studies of behaviour of tough concrete in various countries. The open circuit, combined with the SCHWING “High Flow” spool block ensures minimum heat is generated in hydraulics, therefore negligible output losses occur and there is minimum stress on hydraulic components resulting in lesser maintenance costs. Another important feature is easy maintenance. The easy access to all the parts of the machine ensures that maintenance requires minimum time with more uptime for your machine.
