K Mall Prek Thnoat is expected to open its doors in mid-2025, introducing a human-centred design philosophy that emphasizes community engagement and interaction.

Strategically located just minutes away from Samdech Hun Sen Boulevard and a mere 15-minute drive from Techo International Airport, K Mall Prek Thnoat is not just a mall but a destination. It aims to serve the burgeoning community of over 300 families in Borey Chankiri, enhancing their daily lives with access to a wide range of retail and dining options. The ongoing construction of Borey Chankiri 2 is also set to benefit from the mall’s proximity, further contributing to the vibrancy and development of the South Side.
