Another housing project to rise along 60-meter road South of Phnom Penh

A new housing project—THE RESIDENCE—will be officially launched on December 23, marking another step forward in transforming Southern Phnom Penh to become a new residential and commercial hub.

Spreading on over 88,000 square meters of land, THE RESIDENCE project consists of 574 houses with four types.

This project is located in potential location along the 60-metre road and also surrounded by many large infrastructures including the AEON Mall 3 project, international schools, hospitals, shopping malls, and commercial buildings.

Managing Director of CBRE Cambodia Ann Sothida said Southern Phnom Penh is already part of the city centre due to its favourable location and the interconnected infrastructure.

Real estate experts also predicted in the next five years, the area will become newly-developed residential and commercial area.
