August 8th breakfast talk to discuss real estate and hotel investment in Cambodia

With Cambodia rapidly growing real estate market, international real estate agency CBRE Cambodia and legal firm DFDL to hold a breakfast talk on 8 August to discuss the potential of the Cambodia real estate and hotel investment at the Rosewood Phnom Penh hotel.

Under the theme “Real Estate Investment in Cambodia”, the event will bring together expert speakers from DFDL and CBRE Cambodia to guide attendees on the opportunities, challenges and pitfalls when it comes to matters of investing in the Cambodian real estate market.

The event which start from 7:30 to 11:00 am, will cover important real estate investment topics that investors need to take into consideration including why invest in the Cambodian real estate market, and why invest in the hotel sector.

Panelist for the discussion including Mr Marc Townsend, Chairman of CBRE Cambodia, Mr Charles Amar, Senior Consultant on Real Estate Practice at DFDL, Mr Clint O’Connell, Partner and Head of Cambodia Tax & Customs Practice at DFDL, and Ms Tean Ly, Managing Partner at Seeva Capital. Mr Dan Davies, from CBRE Cambodia will be the MC and Moderator for the event.
