Award-Winning Residential Project La Palm Launches New Borey in Southern PP

After the success of their first project, Borey La Palm has once again inked a partnership deal with Pointer Property Co., Ltd. to launch its second project—Palm Springs.

The signing ceremony appointing Pointer Property as the exclusive sales and marketing partner for the Palm Springs project took place on 30 April and was joined by both firms’ executive boards.

The Palm Springs project will feature an even more modern and western-style home, combined with a wider range of amenities, such as the region’s first pedestrian flyover, open-air gardens, playgrounds, and gym, among others.

The project is located in south Phnom Penh, a high potential location, the same as the first one. It is only 4 minutes to Chip Mong (50 meters), 8 minutes to the upcoming AEON3, and only 12 minutes to the new Phnom Penh airport.

The close cooperation between the two companies in the past has brought success, making La Palm one of the best-selling projects in south Phnom Penh.

La Palm project also won the “2022 Mid-range Housing Development of the Year Award”, while its partner Pointer Property also won two awards from the same contest.

Nguon Chhayleang, CEO of Pointer Property, said that is an honor once again that Pointer has partnered with La Palm to bring another high-quality and innovative project to the market in the southern part of Phnom Penh.

“The Palm Spring project will be even more special because the developers have included the good points that made the first project successful and make them even better with nicer infrastructure and unique home design,” he added.
