Inauguration of Cambodian-Chinese Traditional Medicine Research Centre at Preah Kosomak Hospital

A significant step towards advancing healthcare in Cambodia was celebrated on 12 October 2023, as the Cambodian-Chinese Traditional Medicine Research Centre within the Cambodia-China Friendship Hospital Preah Kosomak was officially inaugurated. This momentous occasion was hosted by HE Professor Chheang Ra, Cambodia’s Minister of Health.

During the inauguration, HE Minister Chheang Ra emphasised the Ministry of Health’s unwavering support for the establishment of the Cambodian-Chinese Traditional Medicine Research Centre.

He hailed this collaboration as a remarkable achievement, a testament to the invaluable bonds forged between the two nations through their enduring friendship. The establishment of this research centre stands as a shining example of the comprehensive strategic partnership between Cambodia and China, echoing their shared commitment to the well-being of the people of Phnom Penh and the entire nation.
