Scaffold Collapse in Vietnam Kills 14

Alstom to Build $us1bn Plant in Thailand
Alstom, with Japanese trading company Marubeni Corporation, have signed an agreement with the Electricity Generating Authority of Thailand (EGAT) to build the new unit at Mae Moh power plant.
