Chip Mong group breaks ground on new residential project & shopping mall

Chip Mong Land and Chip Mong Retail this morning (18 December) jointly held a groundbreaking ceremony for the construction of the new residential project Chip Mong Parkland 50M III and the region’s largest shopping center Chip Mong 50M Mall.

Located on Prey Sar Road or 50M road just 10 minutes from Stung Meanchey junction, both projects are the latest milestones of Chip Mong that will bring more economic potential to the area.

The Chip Mong Parkland 50M III features new home types and more functional common space along with a high proportion of greenspace, clubhouse, swimming pool, and co-working space, among other essential amenities.

Meanwhile, the Chip Mong 50M Shopping Mall is a 2-floor complex with a total area of 15,000 sqm and will become the largest shopping mall in the Chamkar Dong area o completion. The mall offers convenience and civility to locals through its entertainment centre, supermarkets, department store, F&B outlets, among others.
