Chip Mong Land Breaks Ground Park Land 50M

The Leading property developer Chip Mong Land broke ground this morning November 14 its new project named the Park Land 50M.

The Park Land 50M project will be built premium residential buildings including Queen Villa, Queen Villa A, Twin Villa and new houses which including in three categories –queen villa, bishop house A1 and bishop house A2.

The project’s complex will be featured of sport club, swimming pool, playground, green garden, big size paths which are easy to travel and linked to main road, and main roads around the project which provide convenience for modern living.

A Chip Mong shopping mall will be built in the Park Land 50M project to serve customers who live inside the project as well as residents living nearby the project.

The Park Land 50M is located along the 50M street which is the second satellite road crossing to road 30M (Prey Sar road) in the Chamkar Dong area which is an economically potential and a booming development.

The project is just 3 minutes on drive from Chamkar Dong markets, 10 minutes from Chip Mong Super Market 60M and Aoen Mall III, and 15 minutes from Chip Mong Supper Market 271.

Currently, Chip Mong Land has total 10 projects – Land Mark 217, Land Mark 60M, Park Land Sen Sok, Park Land 598, Park Land TK, Park Land 6A, Park Land Condo TK, Land Riche Chamkar Dong, Park Land 50M and Grand Phnom Penh, which all are located in the potential areas.
