Chip Mong Land Vows to Transform Chroy Changva into a New Civilized City

Chip Mong Land, one of the Cambodia’s leading real estate developers, has vowed to transform Chroy Changva district, especially the area along National Road 6A, into a new civilized city, with their Park Land 6A development.

With extensive development experience, Chip Mong Land has always and will continue to provide clients with high-quality housing projects and luxury homes with modern designs and interconnected infrastructure systems.

According to the management team of Chip Mong Land, a large inclusive project is planned for Chroy Changva city due to the high potential of this area for economic activities, trade, and high standard living conditions.

Chip Mong Land will develop a complete residential project with a large multi-functional garden, sports centre equipped with state-of-the-art equipment, and the largest shopping mall in the area, transforming Chroy Changva into one of the most highly-developed areas in the capital.

Chip Mong Land is also cooperating with Chip Mong Retail to build malls and supermarkets within their residential projects, in particular Park Land 6A.

To date, a large number of Chip Mong Malls have been built, many within Chip Mong residential projects. For example, Chip Mong 271 Mega Mall will be built for the Landmark 271 project; Chip Mong Sen Sok Mall for Parkland Sen Sok project; and Chip Mong Community Mall 598 for the Parkland 598 project.

More importantly, Chip Mong Retail also plans to develop another mall in the Grand Phnom Penh City project.

Chip Mong Land will hold a press conference on 15 January at Chip Mong Noro Mall to announce the official launch of Park Land 6A in Chroy Changva.
