Desirable district of Chamkarmon to see more high-end condominiums by 2021

Phnom Penh’s most desirable district Chamkarmon is set to welcome more high-end condominium units by 2021 thanks to the recent ground-breaking ceremony of a 25-storey luxurious condominium project.

On 12 February 2019, local real estate firm Century 21 V-Heritage Home Realty invested in its first residential project called ‘Amara Residence’ which is to be built by China Nuclear Engineering Co., Ltd (CNE) and completed in 2021. The project is to be managed by established local property management company VTrust Property.

The luxurious project spans 492 square metres of land comprising a total of 96 units erected in an l architectural design reflecting modernity, elegance and comfortable living for the modern era in this fast-growing market.

Speaking during the ground-breaking, Mr Meach Sokha, CEO of C21 V-Heritage Home Realty said that Amara Residence will shine as the project comes with great features.

“We will be emphasising more on the safety features and the after-sales facility management services including the allocation of 1% from the selling price to a sink fund which is in the long-term interest of the property owners,” said Mr Sokha.

“With good location, competitive pricing, and committed facility management services, customers will definitely get to enjoy a new level of experience living in their new homes or the income brought by the appreciation of the real estate,” he added.

Having a net area of 5,000 square metres and a gross area of 8,000 square metres, unit sizes range from 37 to 139 square metres with prices starting from US$1,900 per square metre.

To commemorate this ground-breaking celebration, a discount of up to 8% is being offered from 12 February until end of February 2019.
