CDC launches Investment Project Management System

The Council for the Development of Cambodia officially launched the “Council for Development of Cambodia Investment Project Management System (cdcIPM System)”, which enables investors to apply directly from anywhere and at any time to streamline investment processes more easily, reduce time and ensure transparency, integrity, and efficiency.

The launch ceremony of the cdcIPM system was held on November 27, under the presidency of HE Sun Chanthol, Deputy Prime Minister and First Vice President of the CDC, leaders from government ministries and institutions, and foreign ambassadors and representatives of embassies, representatives of the private sector.

To promote the implementation of the Investment Law of the Kingdom of Cambodia and support the implementation of the Pentagon Strategy Phase 1, the CDC has prepared and established CDC Investment Project Management (cdcIPM) system by the Sub-Decree on the Implementation of the Investment Law of the Kingdom of Cambodia.

The cdcIPM system also contributes to building Cambodia’s digital economy, society, and government.

The Cambodian Chamber of Commerce lauded the move, requesting and encouraging its members and the private sector, who are national and international businessmen and investors, to help to promote cdcIPM system widely, which can also attract investment partners from abroad.

This system provides convenience to investors to avoid complications and helps investors invest in Cambodia more easily and with more confidence to invest more.
