Century 21 Sign Mou to Promote Morgan Tower Unit Sales

Centuy21 Cambodia and Centuy21 China have signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with investment firm Morgan Ford Investment to promote unit sales of Morgan Tower, located in Koh​ Pich, Phnom Penh, according to the official press releases.

While construction of the multipurpose business centre Morgan Tower is already underway, the deal is intended to boost unit sales.

Century21 Cambodia CEO Mr Seraj Sutton said that Century21 Cambodia has been implementing marketing strategies to promote sales of the project through its 21 local franchises in the Kingdom as well as international Century21 offices in countries such as China, Taiwan, Japan, Hong Kong, Singapore, Australia, and the United Arab Emirates.

Meanwhile, through this long-term partnership, Centuy21 Cambodia, through its international offices, will provide additional real estate services for the 46-storey, 210-metre high Morgan Tower.

Those services include renting and reselling units of those who invest in the project. According to the press release, investors in Morgan Tower will get returns on sales with profits of up to 8% per annum (return on investment) for a five-year period.

Morgan Tower is an A5-standard office building which will become a special commercial area in Phnom Penh as the building comes with special features such as a high-rise sky bar, 4 ,000 meters air club on the 43rd to 46th floors, a luxury Michelin Art Restaurant, a sky view swimming pool, private club, and helicopter parking.
