Kratie Province Generates Millions in Revenue Through Single-Entry Service

The Kratie Province Single-Entry Unit has made significant strides in providing efficient services to citizens, generating an impressive 1 trillion riel in revenue since its inception. This milestone was announced in a government release on May 11, 2020, highlighting the success of this service model.

The Single-Entry Unit, which commenced operations in October, was designed to streamline access to crucial services across various sectors. It offers three primary services encompassing agriculture, forestry, fisheries, urban planning, and cadastral services. Citizens have responded positively to improved efficiency, resulting in increased revenue.

Key areas of focus include transportation, industrial services, and tourism, with an emphasis on providing technical and innovative solutions. The administration has also prioritized legal and administrative services, ensuring comprehensive support for local communities.

To further enhance service delivery, the Kratie Provincial Administration has called for the remaining single-entry units at the provincial and local levels, including Sangkat and Khan jurisdictions, to adopt a more effective approach in serving the public. With these initiatives, Kratie Province is setting a precedent for administrative efficiency and effective governance.

As the province moves forward, the Single-Entry Unit aims to solidify its role as a vital resource for citizens, fostering growth and sustainability within the region.
