Morgan Group ground breaks its mega multipurpose project in Sihanoukville

China-based developer Morgan Group on 31 July had ground break its mega multipurpose project in Sihanoukville amid booming construction investment in the city.

With an unclose investment capital, Ever Asend Development Co.Ltd , a subsidiary of China-based developer Morgan Group, has begun construction of its multipurpose project called the Morgan The Pure Bay with a total construction area of 450,000 square meter.

Spanning over 3.2 hectares of land in Otres Beach, this 35-storey project comprises of 270,000 square meter condominium facing the beach, 30,000 square meter of luxury room, VIP club, high-end restaurant, as well as international spot center.

H.E Chea Sophara, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Ministry of Land Management Urban Planning and Construction (MLMUPC) who presided over the groundbreaking ceremony had welcome the investment citing that such mega project will greatly benefit to the development of the construction and property sectors.

“The Royal Government of Cambodia opened all gates for investors from across destination who want to invest in Cambodia, but [investor] must comply with the Cambodian law,” H.E Chea Sophara said.

Morgan Group has invested on two other projects as well the grade A office building Morgan Tower, and Morgan Peninsula Garden in Sihanoukville.
