National Bank of Cambodia to Build New Headquarters

The National Bank of Cambodia recently revealed plans to build a new headquarters to replace the old building at the current location on Norodom Boulevard in Phnom Penh.

According to an announcement on their Facebook page, the new building will be built in the ‘Prasat Phnom’ structure or the ancient Khmer mountain temple structure. The new building will not only be used as the office, but will represent the strong architectural style as well as the abundant culture of Cambodia.

The new building will replace the current facility which has been renovated many times since being built in 1954.

The National Bank of Cambodia has yet to release details however of the project timeline or the budget.
