New MPWT Service Centre Opened at Heritage Walk in Siem Reap

The Ministry of Public Works and Transport (MPWT) has officially launched the new public service centre at the Heritage Walk mall in Siem Reap, marking the fifth of its kind nationwide.

The new centre will provide services such as vehicle registration, vehicle ownership transfer, driver’s license renewal/changes, as well as vehicle technical inspection.

The service will be available 7 days a week from 8am to 8 pm.

Speaking at the inauguration ceremony on the morning of 21 July, MPWT Minster HE Sun Chanthol said that the opening of this new centre is to make it easier for people to save time and reduce costs without having to travel to Phnom Penh for services.

The minister has confirmed that there will no unofficial charges at the centre.

To date, MPWT has a total of five public service centres including the Aeon Mall Centre, Aeon Mall Sen Sok Centre, Chip Noro Mall Centre, Centre at Ministry Complex, and Heritage Walk Centre.
