Prince Real Estate Group broke ground on Prince International Plaza on 29June, an iconic, one-stop metropolitan complex in the heart of Phnom Penh.

Located along Russian Blvd, the project is being built on more than 2 hectares (200,000 sqm) of land nearby the old Phnom Penh Water Park. The project will be a mixed-use development that comprises a Grade A office building, residences, and other commercial and residential facilities.

The main selling point of this project is its location which is situated at the intersection of Toul Kork, Meanchey, and Sen Sok Districts, the three fastest developing districts in the capital that are currently experiencing a real estate boom.

According to the sales officer, the company has yet to reveal the details of the project such as the completion timeline, investment budget, as well as the number of units available. However, this data is expected to be announced to the public when official sales start in late July or early August.

Prince International Plaza is not the only project by Prince Real Estate Group in Cambodia. The giant Chinese developer owns a number of large-scale projects in Cambodia such as the 37-storey mixed-use development Prince Central Plaza, the 27-storey mix-use development Prince Modern Plaza, and the 19-storey Diamond One residence on Koh Pich.

According to their Facebook page, Prince Real Estate Group is also working on other future projects such as Prince Time Plaza, Prince Club, Prince Hotel, and others, under their mega plan to create a Central Business District or CBD in Phnom Penh.
