Xinglan Maritime Energy Co., Ltd is a joint venture between local Maritime Group and China’s renewable energy firm-Xinglan Group.

To date, the firm has installed two 100-metre high wind measurement pillars in Senmonorom district and O’raing Ov district of Mondulkiri province.
