SAP Surges Ahead with 20.14% Increase, Notching Profit of US$28 Million in First Nine Months of 2023

In a robust financial performance, Sihanoukville Autonomous Port (SAP) proudly reported a stellar net profit of 117,933,270,000 riels, equivalent to over US$28 million, marking an impressive surge of 20.14% during the initial nine months of 2023 compared to the same period in 2022.

Delving into the financial details, SAP’s total revenue collection for this period reached 264,567,991,000 Riels, translating to more than US$64.27 million. This represents a marginal dip of 0.81% compared to the corresponding period in 2022, according to Cambodia Securities Exchange.

Of particular note is SAP’s outstanding performance in the third quarter of 2023. During this period, the port recorded a total revenue of 94,877,414,000 Riels, showcasing a commendable increase of 11.47% compared to the third quarter of 2022. Furthermore, the net profit for this quarter stood at an impressive 21,997,952,000 Riels, marking a robust growth of 8.71%.
