Remaining tasks such as installing traffic safety features—traffic signs, road signs, guardrails, and other necessary infrastructure—are scheduled for completion by the end of August 2024.

The project aims to enhance the quality of NR No. 31 with a total length of 53.53km, stretching from Bek Kus at the intersection of NR No. 3 to Kampong Trach district town, connecting to NR No. 33.
