US$230-million 45-storey Chip Mong Tower Building Topped Off

Chip Mong Group held a topping-off ceremony on Friday 14 January for the 45-storey Chip Mong Tower, an international mixed-use commercial building with an investment of US$230 million, located along Russian Blvd in Phnom Penh city.

Neak Oknha Leang Khun, Co-Founder and Chairman of Chip Mong Group, said that the completion of the structure to the top of the 45-floor building is an important achievement of Chip Mong under a long-term vision and a clear strategy to contribute to social development and the economy.

Besides supporting trade and tourism in Cambodia, the development of this huge commercial building has also created many job opportunities that contribute to improving the livelihoods of the community as well as the real estate sector, especially supporting small businesses around the area.

The Chip Mong Tower building is 185 metres high, built on an area of 14,042 sqm.

The building will serve key sectors such as hospitality, office space for companies, enterprises, shopping malls and entertainment.
