Since its founding in 2011, the CCA has been at the forefront of Cambodia’s construction growth. Governed by an elected board of directors serving five-year terms, the association is currently chaired by Lok Neak Oknha Dr. Pung Keav Se, Chairman of Canadia Bank and Overseas Cambodia Investment Corporation (OCIC), who has demonstrated unwavering dedication to advancing the sector.
