Chip Mong Land is launching five new luxury villa types in the Grand Phnom Penh project from July 3 – 5, 2020, with up to 8% discount in three days.

New types of villas include King’s Villa, Queen II, Queen B II, twin villa II, and hybrid villas A SII, which are all considered the most luxurious and unique architecture in the market.

The CEO of Chip Mong Land Oknha Leang Henry said that the Phnom Penh City Grand project has two special features. Firstly, Phnom Penh City has the first-ever project in Cambodia that has Central Park providing more green space, a gym, and children’s playground. Secondly, the villa’s design can help build stronger connections between families, communities, and nature.

“You can start building your dream family now in our wonderful project. Grand Phnom Penh does provide you not only a typical house but also a cozy home,” he added.

After receiving full rights to manage the project at the end of 2019, Chip Mong Land has changed the face of Grand Phnom Penh City by creating a large Central Park, developing new infrastructure, and making the golf course more attractive.
