Ground officially broken on Prek Pnov’s largest residential development project Samraong Village

Prince Group’s subsidiary Prince Huan Yu on Sunday 13 March officially broke ground on its first and largest residential development project in Prek Pnov district— Samraong Village.

Spreading on over 270ha of land, the community-focused Borey Samraong Village is located along NR5, just 15 minutes from Aeon Sen Sok and New Stadium or just 5 minutes from Prek Pnov downtown, which is a high potential location.

The project is also passed by a new 30m public road connecting NR5 to the Kob Srov area, an entrance to the new PP-SHV expressway. This strategic location enables shophouses owners of the Samraong Village to seize the highest benefits from active economic activities.

The project is designed by a Swiss architect by focusing on green space and the actual demand of the residents of the community with simple and minimal design. The choices of houses range from shophouse, hybrid villa, twin-villa, among others.s
