Located in heart of Phnom Penh between the Royal Palace and National Museum on St. 178, this hotel is the first ever Hyatt-branded business in the kingdom and has seen an investment of USD100 million by the Chip Mong Group.

After breaking ground in March last year, construction on the 14-storey and 3 underground floor, the project has progressed quickly. The hotel features a total of 247 rooms, restaurant, fitness centre, spa and a rooftop swimming pool and bar with views of the Royal Palace and the Mekong and Tonlé Sap Rivers.

The design and management of Hyatt Regency Phnom Penh will be to the international standard of Hyatt Hotels Corporation, one of the most globally-recognised hotel brands. Originating in the United States, Hyatt currently has more than 600 properties around the world.

“We are delighted to bring the Hyatt Regency brand to Phnom Penh and Cambodia, and we are honoured to begin our relationship with Chip Mong Group,” said David Udell, group president – Asia Pacific, Hyatt Hotels Corporation at the agreement signing ceremony in 2016.
