WHERE TO USE?

LAM is the ideal waterproofing solution for flat or pitched roofs on new construction and refurbishment works. The waterproofing coating is also suitable for external walls or parapets.

The application can be done on all the substrates: concrete, brick & stone, bituminous felt, bituminous coatings, metals, wooden substrates, paints, and coatings…

Besides being reliable and long lasting waterproofing coating,
liquid applied membranes can provide great aesthetical finished.
Different colors are available: green, coro red, white, grey, transparent…

There are different types of LAM. Most of them are UV resistant and stable, making them the right choice for the sunny weather of the Kingdom.

Moreover, the products are ready-to-use for the end user. It makes it cost-saving as nothing has to be added if it’s not few waters when primer coating is required.

HOW TO APPLY?

LAM is ideal for a large range of users, from professionals to DIY users… As it is liquid, it is easily applicable by brush or roller. Depending on the characteristics, some are also sprayable.

Typically, two to three coats are required to have a 100% waterproofing solution, with a waiting time between the two coats of 1 to 2 hours at 35°C.
