Luxury MekongView 6 residence set for 2019

Luxury residence MekongView 6 is set for completion in 2019 adding more than 300 units to the market.

Sitting in the heart of the increasingly popular Chroy Changva area, the 23-storey MekongView 6 residence is set for completion by July 2019, according to the developer’s sales representative.

On 1 February 2019, the company sales representative told Construction
& Property Magazine that construction of the 342-unit project is nearing 100% completion with a few more works like flooring to be finished before handing over to customers.

The sales representative pointed out that the project will provide investors with high capital gains and only a few units are still available for those seeking an easily rentable property that offers proximity to Phnom Penh city yet provides the residence with scenic, natural surroundings.

This MekongView 6 project is the next among many other projects by the developer such as the MekongView1, MekongView 2, and the MekongView 3.
