Mortar Spraying Machine: New Trend in Construction Sector

In response to the fast growing pace of the construction sector in Cambodia, CBMS Trading Co., Ltd. has recently introduced a new technology onto the local market called the Mortar Spraying Machine which is designed to make the task of wall plastering task simpler and easier.

The Mortar Spraying Machine is a concrete spraying device that provides a great solution for construction sites since it needs a small number of workers and is twice or three times faster than conventional labourers.

According to CBMS general manager Limtong Hong, using plastering machinery can save costs of more than 100 percent per day compared to expenditure on workers.

“The formula has already been applied at Borey Piphub Thmey, where 32 workers would be hired to create 480 square metres of mortar per day and each plasterer will be paid USD1.5 for one square metre of hand plastering, whereas the plastering machines can create up to 600 square metres a day and needs only 12 workers,” said Mr Limtong.

“Mortar spraying machinery adds a lot of benefit to the project owner in term of reducing costs, saving time, and labour management,” he added. ‘

Manufactured by Mortar Spraying Machinery, an Italian brand of IMER Group, the machine is exclusively distributed by CBMS trading Co,ltd, which available both in Phnom Penh and Siem Reap.
