Prince Real Estate Group Unveils New Shopping Mall Project in Phnom Penh

Renowned Chinese firm Prince Real Estate Group signed an investment agreement on 25 January to establish a new shopping mall in the middle of Phnom Penh, named Prince Square.

Located in the Prince International Plaza complex along the Russian Blvd nearby the old Phnom Penh Water Park, Prince Square will be a four-story mall with a total area of over 35,000 square metres.

According to the firm’s press release, experts have already studied in detail that this location will have the most potential as it is at the intersection of highly developed districts such as Sen Sok, Tuol Kork and Meanchey.

Prince Square will also feature a cinema, gym, restaurants, playground, and trendy clothing stores. To date, more than 50 well-known brands have confirmed their entry.

The signing ceremony was attended by Phnom Penh Governor HE Khuong Sreng, Prince Real Estate Group Executive Director Cliff Koh, Non-Executive Director Khong Weng Fook, CEO Steven Wang, and other guests.
