Prince Real Estate Selects Cambodia as Strategic Base for Southeast Asia

After establishing a strong presence in the Cambodian market, Chinese property conglomerate Prince Real Estate Group has announced that it has selected Cambodia as a strategic base to achieve its ambition of becoming one of the most influential transnational groups in Southeast Asia.

The announcement was made on 06 July 2019 when the company inaugurated its headquarters building on Koh Pich comprising of offices, reception, conference, marketing and multi-function space.

“In the future, taking Cambodia as a strategic base, the business of the Group will radiate to Southeast Asia with a new investment of US$6 billion and strive to become one of the most influential transnational groups in Southeast Asia,” the company wrote on its Facebook page.

The group has invested around US$2 billion in Cambodia since its first establishing a presence in 2015 and has reserved over 12 million sqm of land and a development building volume of up to 20 million sqm.
