Real Estate Veteran Richard W. Davidson Appointed Century 21 Cambodia’s Chairman

Signalling its desire to be the number one company in the Kingdom of Cambodia and throughout Southeast Asia, the Board of Directors of CENTURY 21 Cambodia has recently announced that it has named Richard W. Davidson its new Chairman.

Davidson, the former president and chief executive officer of the global franchisor Century 21 Real Estate LLC, is responsible for developing and implementing a strategy to further penetrate the real estate market and expand the company’s presence in Cambodia and other emerging markets in Southeast Asia.

Davidson, who takes over his new role in August 2020, has overseen explosive growth for the CENTURY 21® brand as well as in his role as president of CENTURY 21 Everest Realty Group in Utah where he led that company’s merger with Troop Real Estate in California, the largest M&A ever recorded in the CENTURY 21 Network.

Mr Kuy Vat and Mrs Grace Fong, co-owners of C21 Cambodia, said that the announcement marks another step in the firm’s commitment to becoming not only the real estate industry leader in Cambodia but throughout Southeast Asia.
