RMA Launches New Tractor & Heavy Equipment Sales Branch in Kampong Thom

RMA Cambodia has inaugurated a new sales branch in Steung Sen district of Kampong Thom province to expand the market and improve the quality of service to customers.

Held on 26 March 2022, the launching event was attended by RMA Cambodia executives, Kampong Thom government officials, and other guests.

The opening of the new sales branch in Steung Sen district is to bring services closer to people and provide them with more convenience to access the products and spare parts.

Currently, RMA Cambodia has tractor & heavy equipment branches in Siem Reap, Battambang, Takeo, Kampong Thom, Pursat, and Phnom Penh.

Mr Marin Odom, General Manager of John Deere, said that RMA Cambodia has been in Cambodia since 1992 and has the exclusive right to import and distribute the products and business partners of many well-known brands in the sectors of infrastructure, energy, and logistics.

The firm later expanded to automotive, agricultural, and heavy equipment, warehouse solutions, financial services, car rental, and food franchise management.

Mr Odom added customers can buy the RMA’s products on credits through partnered firms such as BSP Finance and others nationwide.

John Deere brand through RMA Cambodia is currently supplying tractors in Cambodia from 36 hp to 370 hp. The most up-to-date product is the AutoTrac cabin tractors with 55hp to 75hp, which enables hands-free steering of the tractor by using GPS coordinates to control the tractor.

“Agricultural machinery has contributed to the development of the agricultural sector and road infrastructure in Cambodia to a great extent. With the help of modern technology, farming in Cambodia is becoming more productive and effective,” said MR Odom.

“For Example, CP Farm and Sugarcane farm of Oknha Ly Yong Phat is also currently using John Deere tractor with 110 to 370 hp,” he added.

With the launch of a new sales office in Kampong Thom, RMA is officing an instance US$1500 cashback or 2,100-hour service to customers who book or buy John Deere tractor with RMA from today until March 31, 2022.

Besides, RMA Cambodia has exclusively imported and distributed world-class heavy equipment brands such as JCB, FUSO, and Mahinda.

Customers who purchase or book JCB or Mahindra equipment will also get a special discount of up to US$ 8,000 from today 31 March 31.
