On 26th March 2023, Royal Hong Lai Huot One Company Limited announced the groundbreaking ceremony for the Royal Group Platinum Condo, a detached aerial villa built to Singaporean standards and management. With 851 residential units and 51 commercial units spread across 100,000 square meters, the Royal Platinum Condominium offers affordable residential and commercial buildings to enhance the city center’s growth and attract additional investment.

The development’s fully equipped condominium is designed differently from typical real estate market expectations. The recreational areas will include a swimming pool, fully equipped gym, lush garden, children’s park, semi-basketball court, exclusive restaurant, VIP lounge, and multi-storey car park. Additionally, approximately 70% of studio-type and one-bedroom units will cater to young people and young couples’ growing demand for smaller and more affordable units.
