Samraong Village Mockup Units Completed, Set for Official Launch Soon

The construction of the mockup shophouse units of the renowned Samraong Village residential project have been completed and are now open for visits by the public with the official launch to be hosted in the near future.

Though the project has not yet been officially launched, all the shophouses and linked villas located along NR5 have sold out.

Samraong Village is the largest modern community housing project in the northern part of Phnom Penh, developed by Prince Huan Yu Estate Group, a renowned firm with extensive experience in developing many high-rise condominiums and commercial buildings.

The project is designed by Swiss architectural firm Aerne Architects & Associates Co., Ltd with Pointer Property Co., Ltd. as the exclusive sales agent and consulting firm.

Located along NR5 in the Prek Pnov area, the project is surrounded by many major development projects and well-connected infrastructure. The project is also carefully designed to meet the need of modern Cambodian people with the right balance of community and natural vibe.
