Sathapana Bank’s New Headquarters Complete by 2020

Sathapana Bank has unveiled plans for a USD52.7 million headquarters on Norodom Boulevard in Phnom Penh to be built by 2020, according to Pulse News.

Located along Preah Norodom Boulevard on the corner of streets 172 and 174, the building will be 19-storeys with four basements and commanding a total floor area of 33,135 square metres. The new headquarters will be the bank’s primary hub for expanding its products and services to its growing clientele and is estimated to accommodate at least 1,200 employees.

After breaking ground in June last year, construction of this project is set to be completed by July 2020 according to the builder, South Korea’s Lotte Engineering & Construction Co. (Lotte E&C).

“The new Head Office will symbolize SATHAPANA Bank’s deep commitment to be an active player in the growth banking sector, Cambodian economy development and in the empowerment of the country’s entrepreneurs,” said Chairman of Maruhan Group Dr. Han Chang-Woo at the commencement ceremony of the construction.
