Collaboration between the Ministry of Land Management, the World Bank, and the Asian Development Bank to build sustainable and environmentally friendly cities

In a significant step towards enhancing local governance and urban planning, His Excellency Benghong Socheat Khemro convened a professional-level meeting on December 22, 2025, focused on three pivotal technical tasks aimed at bolstering the capacity of commune and sangkat officials in land use planning and development initiatives.
