Taiwan Seeks Business Partners in Cambodia’s Construction Sector

Taiwan’s Commerce Development Research Institute (CDRI), an institute funded by Taiwan’s Ministry of Economic Affairs, has expressed its interest in seeking business and trade opportunities in Cambodia’s construction sector through its ASEAN Market Development Project.

With the focus shifted to Cambodia this year, the project aims at connecting experts and businesspeople from Cambodia and Taiwan, exchanging market information, and identifying business opportunities.

“This year, we focus on Cambodia’s construction market and would like to meet and engage with Cambodia’s experts in the construction industry. We will introduce Taiwan construction material and related products for local experts’ review and feedback,” said CDRI’s Marketing Planner Yu-Bin Chang.

“If the experts are interested in any of the products, we will help introduce the Taiwanese company directly and have the Taiwanese company arrange samples for both parties’ further discussion,” he added.

Through this project, CDRI hopes to build long-term relationships with local experts for future cooperation.

At this stage, CDRI is open for any construction-related firms in Cambodia which are interested in expanding their business network to join the project.
