ULS Partners with J Trust Royal Bank to Offer Home Loans to Rose Apple Square Condo Buyers

Innovative lifestyle development firm Urban Living Solutions (ULS, Cambodia) HAS entered into a memorandum of understanding with J Trust Royal Bank for its latest mixed-use project in Siem Reap – Rose Apple Square. This MoU aims to simplify the home loan application process and encourage millennials and young families to venture into homeownership through 3 easy steps:

Step 1: Buyer selects the condo unit they wish to purchase at Rose Apple Square.
Step 2: Buyer calls the Rose Apple Square sales and home advisory team at +855 99 225 588.
Step 3: A J Trust Royal Bank Lending Manager calls the buyer to inform them of the loan amount they qualify for.

Under J Trust Royal Bank’s Alliance Program, prospective Rose Apple Square condo buyers can get as much as a 60% loan-to-value ratio at only a 6.88% interest rate for the first year and 7.88% for subsequent years. This program also guarantees a shortened loan application turnaround time of five (5) days for applicants on a salary income and eight (8) days for those on a business income.

In addition to the speedy processing time, successful loan applicants with a drawdown limit from US$200K become automatically eligible to be a J Trust Royal Bank Premier Customer without a minimum account deposit requirement.

Rose Apple Square is a community square in downtown Siem Reap that combines four functions in one location – residences, strata-title offices, co-working spaces, and co-living options for digital nomads.

This project was conceptualised by re:edge architecture + design firm and was awarded Best Residential Development in Siem Reap and the Best Commercial Landscape Architectural Design at the 2020 Cambodia Property Awards by PropertyGuru – Southeast Asia’s pioneering property technology company.
