Update: the Usd 150mn Royal One to Break Ground on September

OTK Royal One Co., Ltd. of the Royal Group has just signed a partnership agreement with Chinese construction company Huashi Group to invest USD150 million to build the 62-storey building The Royal One.

The agreement was signed by president of OTK Royal One Oknha Kith Thieng, and, vice president of Huasi Group Wan Xiao Lin on 11 March at the Hotel Cambodiana. According to Oknha Kith Thieng, construction is planned to start by September, and is expected to be complete in the next three years.

Located on Monivong Boulevard, close to Central Market and Canadia Tower, the Royal One will be built on about 4,000 square metres of land and will stand 230 metres tall. Featuring condominiums and an office building, it will also comprise several floors of underground parking with shopping centres on the second and third floors as signature elements.

Although yet to build, the project has already sold at least 20 percent of its units according to a sales representative.
