Urbanland and Sathapana Bank team up to offer exclusive home loan rates to Borey Chankiri clients

Urbanland, an esteemed real estate developer, has entered into a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Sathapana Bank, a renowned commercial bank in Cambodia, to provide exclusive home loan rates for Borey Chankiri homebuyers. This partnership ensures better home purchase options, consultations, and convenient services for all Chankiri customers.

According to Mr Hok Kang, CEO and Founder of Urbanland, this partnership with Sathapana Bank is a testament to the company’s commitment to providing the best possible services to their valued customers.  The company is confident that this collaboration will enable more individuals to fulfil their dream of owning a home with ease.

Under this partnership, Borey Chankiri customers will receive a special interest rate of 6.99% for the first two years, as well as up to 85% home purchase loans over a 25-year period. Sathapana Bank is now among the list of Borey Chankiri’s trusted bank partners, including CIMB Bank, Bank of China, BRED Bank, and J Trust Royal Bank, providing swift home loan processing and approval to Borey Chankiri homebuyers.

The MoU signing ceremony was held on 20 April 2023, in the presence of senior executives from both Urbanland and Sathapana Bank including Mr Hok Kang, CEO and Founder of Urbanland; Mr Srun Leng, Senior Sales Manager of Borey Chankiri; Mr Soon Wei Ee, VP- Brand & Marketing Strategy; Mr Fung Kai Jin, Chief Executive Officer of Sathapana Bank Plc; Mr Adam Lee, Head of Marketing of Sathapana Bank; and Mr Koy Chamroeunvichea, Chief Credit Officer at Borey Chankiri.

Mr Fung Kai Jin, Chief Executive Officer of Sathapana Bank, stated, the bank is excited to collaborate with Urbanland in providing all customers with better and more convenient home purchase solutions.
