URBANLAND Partners with banks for faster loan processing and better payment plans

Award-winning local real estate developer Urbanland, a member of ISI GROUP, has signed a series of Memorandum of Understandings (MoU) with BRED Bank, CIMB Bank, and J Trust Royal Bank for their latest residential Borey project Chankiri Palm Creek.

These partnerships will enable Borey Chankiri homebuyers to enjoy the benefits of faster home loan processing and approvals, and special payment schemes. The joint effort will also allow customers to benefit from loan options of up to 70-80% of the house price, with competitive interest rates between 6.66% to 7.88% per year.

The MoU was signed at Chankiri Sales Gallery between the CEO of Urbanland Hok Kang and bank partners’ representatives.

“We believe in putting people at the heart of everything we do, so we are pleased to enable our customers at Chankiri Palm Creek to enjoy the benefit of competitive and flexible financing provided by our partner banks,” said Mr Hok Kang.

Located on National Road 2, just off Hun Sen Bld and near AEON 3, Chankiri Palm Creek is Urbanland’s highly anticipated foray into residential Borey development which brings to life its people-centred design philosophy.

Chankiri Palm Creek demonstrates a new Borey masterplan concept that has been designed to put people’s needs first. Findings from 2 years of people-centred research have been thoughtfully integrated into the design and master plan of Borey Chankiri, resulting in homes and facilities that are aesthetically pleasing yet functional, nature and community-oriented, as well as different from the mainstream.

Borey Chankiri Palm Creek has proven popular, with 80% sold since its sales launch on 22 May. Prospective homebuyers are welcome to visit the model show homes or contact the sales team on 061 888 580 for more information about the development, payment options, and loans.
