In 2018, construction officially started on the first section of the Dara Sakor, [Long Bay · Dara Sakor] cultural-oriented tourism resort town.

The project is located in the core of the Dara Sakor tourism and resort which covers a total area of 200 hectares. It is surrounded by mountains and the sea with 1.9 kilometres of high-quality coastline. With eight major functional areas: Intelligent Industrial Park, Commercial Street, Cultural-Orientation Travel Area, Sea View Apartment, Villa Resort, Yacht Harbor Resort, Coastal Leisure Resort Hotel Area and the Jinghai Bath, the aim is to create a new world-class cultural-oriented tourism and resort.
