A new icon graces the skyline of Phnom Penh as the J Tower 3 project, the eighth tallest marvel in ASEAN, commenced construction with a groundbreaking ceremony on 27 December 2023.

This towering project, valued at over US$150 million, will stand at an impressive 320 metres, encompassing 77 floors, two basements, and a total of 360 units. The visionary development is a collaboration between the Taniju Group and Angkor Fried (Cambodia) of Japan.

Tani Sunji, CEO of Taniju Group, expressed his enthusiasm during the ceremony, stating, “J-TOWER 3 is one of the tallest buildings in Cambodia right now, with a height of 320 metres.”

He continued, “Comparing it with ASEAN countries, the J-TOWER 3 project proudly secures the eighth position among the top 10 projects in the region. Our investment looks towards the next decade, anticipating even more towering achievements. We are committed to ensuring the quality of this project rivals or surpasses international standards, and the response has been overwhelming, with 70% of the J-TOWER 3 units already sold.”

The strategic location of this architectural masterpiece in Village 13, Sangkat Tonle Bassac, Khan Chamkar Mon, Phnom Penh, adds to its allure. The ambitious project is set to unfold over the next five years, with completion slated for the end of 2028.

As J Tower 3 reshapes the cityscape, it not only represents a new pinnacle of luxury living but also signals Phnom Penh’s ascent as a hub of modernity and sophistication.
