Gov’t Approves US$3-million Budget for Construction of SHV Administration Building

The Sihanoukville Provincial Administration will build a new administrative building worth over US$3 million to facilitate the workflow of the office as the province is a destination for investment and tourism.

Prime Minister of Cambodia Samdech Techo Hun Sen said during the inauguration ceremony of the Ministry of Land Management, Urban Planning and Construction in early November that the US$3-milllion budget has already been approved for this the new SHV provincial hall.

PM Hun Sen added that with the new office, officials must also increase their work efficiency.

After the country’s reopening, many government’s bodies have constructed new buildings while some others inaugurated completed ones.

On Thursday, ground was broken on the US$60 million administration building of the Ministry of Interior, while bidding has also opened for construction of the US$25 million National Assembly administration building. (Read more and more)
