Renaissance Refines Over 3,500 kg of Gold as of June 2022

As of June 2022, Renaissance Mineral (Cambodia) had refined a total of 3,543 kg of gold ore from its licensed mining zone in Mondulkiri province,  according to Ministry of Economy and Finance Spokesman HE Meas Sok Sen San on 05 August.

Under this operation, Cambodia expects to produce 3 tons of gold per year for the first 8 years, with the aim to increase production afterwards.

The gold production is expected to generate an average gross revenue of US$185 million per year, of which Cambodia will also earn US$40 million per year in royalties and taxes. (Read more)
