Integ Capital Launches US$3 Million Ream Business Community Development Project in Sihanoukville

Integ Capital, a renowned real estate development company, officially launched the Ream Business Community Development Project in Sihanoukville on 25 March  2023. The project was inaugurated by Mr. Em Pheap, Deputy Governor of Sihanoukville, and Mr. Chin Chanchhaya, the project owner, among other notable guests.

The Ream Business Community Development Project, which spans over 7 hectares, is located in Ream village, Sangkat Ream, Prey Nob district, Preah Sihanouk province, only 1.2 km away from the upcoming airport. With a budget of US$3 million, the project will develop a 37-meter rubber-paved main road, a network of maze roads, solar poles, rainwater sewers, and green gardens. The project also features ample parking spaces on both sides of the road, designed to ease accessibility for businesses and tourists visiting the area.

Mr. Chin Chanchhaya, the project owner, highlightedthe development’s unique features, such as standard locations for customers to open businesses, including supermarkets, cafes, shops, cinemas, and hotels, all decorated in the Khmer style.

“The project’s location in the ecotourism area of Ream, surrounded by mountains and beautiful beaches, and its proximity to the airport also make it an attractive investment opportunity for businesses,” Chanchhaya added.

According to Mr. Em Pheap, the Ream Business Community Development Project will play a crucial role in transforming Ream into a modern tourist city in Sihanoukville.

Mr. Sorn Sieb, President of the Association of Appraisers and Real Estate Agents of Cambodia, also expressed optimism about the project, stating that Sihanoukville has strong real estate investment opportunities, and the city has the potential to become a modern city comparable to other modern cities worldwide.
