FreshStart Energy Explores Cutting-Edge Technology Investment for Electronification in Cambodia

FreshStart Energy, a subsidiary of FreshStart, revealed its keen interest in investing in Cambodia’s energy sector. CEO & President of FreshStart Energy, Mr. Mario Vecchio, conveyed the company’s intent to leverage advanced technology for efficient electricity management in the kingdom. This intention was revealed in a pivotal meeting during the ASEAN-Australia Special Summit in Melbourne, Australia.

During discussions, Mr. Vecchio highlighted FreshStart Energy’s successful implementation of modern technology in countries like Australia, Singapore, and Thailand, particularly in managing electricity usage in critical facilities such as schools, hospitals, and gas stations. The emphasis was on delivering high-quality and cost-effective solutions.

Expressing the company’s commitment to investing in Cambodia, Mr. Vecchio outlined plans to introduce state-of-the-art technology for electricity consumption management. The proposed investment aligns with Cambodia’s efforts to enhance its energy infrastructure and efficiency.

In response, PM Hun Manet welcomed the prospect of such technological advancements in Cambodia’s energy landscape. He encouraged FreshStart Energy to conduct on-the-ground assessments in Cambodia, fostering collaboration with the Council for the Development of Cambodia and the Ministry of Mines and Energy. This collaborative approach aims to facilitate seamless project planning and garner necessary support for the successful implementation of FreshStart Energy’s investment in Cambodia.
