This collaboration, formalized through a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) signed on February 25, 2026, aims to transform Cambodia into a primary regional center for smart manufacturing and robotics training.

The agreement was signed by His Excellency Heng Sour, Minister of Labour and Vocational Training, and Mr. Cui Xiaohui, Senior Vice President of Jiangsu Huibo Robotics Technology Co., Ltd..

The five-year initiative, spanning from 2026 to 2030, is designed to elevate the standard of Technical and Vocational Education and Training (TVET) across the Kingdom. Key objectives of this cooperation include the development of dual-degree programs and the establishment of mutual qualification recognition between Cambodian and Chinese educational institutions.
