Seamless Connectivity: Inauguration of a 7km Concrete Road Enhances Transportation in Banteay Meanchey Province

Banteay Meanchey Province witnesses a remarkable milestone as the government proudly inaugurates a brand-new 7-kilometer-long concrete road, seamlessly connecting NR No. 6 in Chhmaur Meanchey commune to the revered Srah Kandal (Kchas) pagoda in Bosbov commune, Preah Net Preah district.

This monumental achievement was commemorated under the distinguished presence of His Excellency Deputy Prime Minister Ke Kim Yan, Chairman of the National Authority for Combating Drugs and Chairman of the Royal Government Working Group in Banteay Meanchey Province, on 25 June 2023.

With an unwavering commitment to bolstering transportation infrastructure, this concrete road, a testament to visionary planning and meticulous execution, serves as a catalyst for socio-economic development and enhanced connectivity in the region. Spanning a distance of 7 kilometers, the road promises a seamless and comfortable journey for residents and visitors alike, facilitating smoother transportation and opening up new avenues for growth and prosperity.

This transformative project, constructed at a budget of an astounding $3,384,729, was made possible through the generous contribution of Samdech Techo Prime Minister Hun Sen.
